September 2021 – Following last fall’s presidential election circus, Arizona is among a few states to initiate voting reform. Subsequently the state banned ballots cast in the wrong precinct and “voter harvesting” (in which a second party collects and submits ballots of other voters).
Far left liberals and socialists claimed both measures are racist, and a federal court overturned the reforms. However, on July 1, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of Arizona’s new regulations.
“Thursday’s Supreme Court decision was simply a victory for election integrity,” observed Heritage Foundation spokesperson Lindsey Curnutte.
AFA Action director Rob Chambers said, “This decision will encourage other states that are considering or already working on making elections legal in every possible way.”
